Ooh they have started hurting so much in the last while. I am already at the three stage roll over in bed to try and minimize the ache, coughing while getting up is misery.

Anyone else's acting out loads too?

Mine are for sure! When I get up from a sitting position, coughing...all that. It's not so fun

I'm not sure if I'm experiencing this or not. This is my first pregnancy. But if I sit up a certain way or especially when I sneeze I get a quick, painful, shooting feeling in my lower side pelvis. Is that ligament pain?

Yes, unfortunately....one of the many joys...

I've been feeling them for a few weeks now and it just plain stinks. Especially with rolling over in the bed. I try to be conscience of it and roll slowly, but sometimes in my sleepy/groggy state, I forget and turn to quickly. Needless to say, I'm them wide awake quickly and in a ton of pain, to boot!

I was just popping on the board to ask about this. I always had it but NEVER new what it was lol! I am ok with the rolling over still. Do any of you feel it while standing or walking or what have you? Is there anything you can do to relieve the pain? I feel like my tummy muscles are 'letting go' now and THAT is what hurts?? kwim???

I am with you!!!!! I have that a lot. Even laying still I have the achy full feeling. I have turned over to fast like Katie said and oh my that hurts!!!!! I thought I hurt the baby or something....sneezing, blowing my nose and getting to a standing position is sometimes painful....not my favorite part of pregnancy
