Lately when I've been getting up from the couch my OB has recommended that I start to pivot as I lift and turn so I don't hurt myself. My belly is getting rather round and hard, so I am trying the best I can to get used to this.
My little one has been resting himself on the right side of my belly and yesterday he was so active it was crazy! LOL! Anyhow, I was trying to lift myself off the couch yesterday when I felt a popping sensation with pain for a few seconds and then it was gone.
I felt him kick afterwards and I have been feeling him all morning but I worry that it was the baby that shifted from one side of my belly to the other side that was the popping sound. Is this possible, or could this be round ligament pain? Do I have anything to worry about?
