I can't think of anything to make for dinner. Ideas, girls, ideas (please)! Don't worry about whether or not I have stuff. Stores are close.

I'm thinking of making taco salad! One of my friends mentioned it yesterday and I haven't gotten it off my mind ever since

We had oven-broiled steak (takes about 20 minutes from the frozen state) mashed potatoes, gravy and a side of mixed vegetables.

We're having chili dogs tonight on the grill. Well the kids will probably just have hot dogs with ketchup.

I won't buy those fresh takes. All they are is shredded cheese and bread crumbs and seasonings. You can make your own

I made taco salads last night. I used the taco shell bowls and filled them. Yummy!!

I made sloppy joes and tater tots tonight. That doesn't sound appealing to me though. I can't think of anything I want. Sorry, I'm no help!

Well I didn't get my taco salad tonight, I'll have to plan on it for tomorrow when DH will be working! Tonight instead he brought home fried chicken and we made cheesy mashed potatoes and green beans. It really hit the spot too

Can I come live at your house, Amy? You're always having something that sounds so good to me!

Turns out, since my husband was on call this weekend and we were heading to my moms the next day, so we just left that night and had dinner with her! Easier than could be! Show up, don't cook, eat.

Well, if I had a chicken breast, I'd slice it, sprinkle it with salt & pepper, then dip it in beaten eggs (mixed with chopped parsley and/or spring onions), then roll the pieces in bread crumbs (or cereal corn flakes) + sesame seeds and then I'd fry them or put them in the oven with a little vegetable oil (for a healthier choice). This with go well with salads, green beans, broccoli, rice etc.
But, since I don't have a fresh chicken breast and it's already 8PM here, I will make a breakfast dish : an omlette with chopped spring onions (+ bits of bacon if you eat pork) and a tomato salad with grated salted cheese.
