This is hilarious. I remember when I had time to read. If I have 3 seconds, I read the Bible to encourage myself and keep my spirits up. Or take glances at my baby books for quick questions. I keep telling myself one day I'll be able to read again. The thought of sitting down with a novel sounds wonderful!

I love action books. My favorites are about snipers in Vietnam, and the best one is called Dead Center by Ed Kugler. It is a really good read. Really I will read just about anything. My dh is big into Stephen King, and so I have read almost all the ones he has. That guy scares the crap out of me and pisses me off a lot but they are good books. I figure if a book can get that kind of reaction out of me then it has to be a good book even if I am afraid to sleep at night. Lol. Right now I am reading a series by Piers Anthony. It is the Incarnations of Immortality series. If you are ever in the mood for a really interesting set of books you should check them out. I could go on and on about books because I love reading.

I love Stephen King, and all kinds of murder/mystery type books, but I haven't had time to read much lately.

I also have enjoyed the Harry Potter series, I am rereading it for 4th time right now.

I keep hoping maybe If I can ever afford a nook I'll be able to read more.

I don't right now. I enjoy reading but its not something i fit into my schedule at this time. The only book i'm currently reading is a study book for a bible study group i'm in. That and the bible of course

I always make time for the scriptures because I start to fall apart at the seams more than usual if I don't. But for other books I love the author Shannon Hale and just finished her new book Midnight in Austenland (well, one of her new books - she has a sequel to the Princess Academy out also)

Probably I love her books even more because I know Shannon personally and she is even more hilarious and kind in person.

Ami- Have you heard of BetterWorldBooks.com - New & Used Books for Sale, Textbooks, Book Reviews & more - FREE SHIPPING ?? It is a charity so you can get books for SUPER SUPER cheap, they are used, but they are always in great condition. And the money goes to world literacy. When I need to buy a book I always check there first to see if they have it before I go paying full price for one!

Krista- What study are you currently doing? I am doing the Beth Moore - Mercy Triumphs right now, it is awesome!

I used to like reading suspense novels like James Patterson & Sydney Sheldon, but after I had Keira I can't seem to get into them bc they are so violent.

Right now I'm into reading motivational books and things that will help me make positive change in my life. I just finished Rich Dad Poor Dad, and after I finish this bible study in a few weeks I'm going to read the Dave Ramsey Money Makeover book, DH has already started it.

I too rarely have time to read lately. However my favorite type of books are suspense! When I do find time to read I can read an entire novel in a days time easily Reading can be so addictive!

But, the last novel I read was The Help. I loved it!!

I love classic literature books and Chuck Palahniuk's novels. However, his newest ones I just haven't been able to get into... they aren't the same
My favorite books include To Kill a Mockingbird, The Bell Jar, and Fight Club.

Lately though I find myself re-reading some of my favorite books (including the HP series) rather than reading some of the 15-or-so books I have on my shelf but haven't read yet.

I am into sappy stories like Nicholas sparks, Danielle Steele, Karen Kingsbury etc. I liked Harry Potter and the Twilight series also.

As i don't sleep so well lately i read at night. I think i am on book 18 for the pregnancy. I did go a couple of yrs there where i didn't read at all. I love reading and missed it. Guess i will stop again for a while once the baby is born
