My allergies are killing me and I just need something soothing!

I have a packet of chamomile tea here at work but I don't know if it's okay to drink or not and Dr. Google doesn't seem to have a valid answer.

Thanks!

Here is a link to the herbs to use caution and those to avoid completely. It says dried chamomile is fine but to avoid the oil. As long as it doesn't contain any of the other herbs listed, then I think it'll be ok!

I think it's fine or if you're worried don't soak the bag in the hot water for too long. What I typically do is I just soak it enough to get some flavoring to the water and then take it out.

I drank it while pregnant last time and will probably again. My midwife said it was fine. Hope you feel better!
