I'm bored so i was looking up baby products and found this.

Hanging Infant Harness
BabyKeeper Hanging Infant Harness: Genius or Ridiculous? - Parenting.com

Personally i wouldn't spend the money on it. The picture cracked me up though.

I wouldn't buy it, but I have seen things like it in bathrooms! I'd use those!

Thats funny! I know I wouldn't buy one, but I can certainly relate to the predicament. I usually just try and wait till I get home.

When mine were little, I'd wait to use the handicap restroom, so the stroller or carseat can go in with me.

Very good idea, but I don't think I'd spend the money. I'm guessing I'd either have the baby in his carseat or stroller so he could hang out while I'm in the bathroom.

the belly sound system (totally not good for baby anyways...)

That's what i've always done, take the stroller into the large restroom with me. It always irritated me when people would use the handicap stall when they clearly didn't need to and all the other stalls are open but i still have to wait. Just one of my pet peeves.

I agree, I even felt bad using it myself. But there is no way I'd close the door and leave my baby in the stroller outside the stall, so I felt like i was in a way "handicap" to that situation, and needed it.

That's too funny but I personally wouldn't buy it. We have always used the stroller and I just go into the larger stall.

Agreed with Kelly, sometimes there is no holding it lol and I would rather use the handicap loo for 5 minutes than worry about the kidlet getting taken.

I wouldn't buy it but it sure looks convenient.

Oh i'm definitely all for a momma and kids using the handicap stall, i do it all the time. I meant i get irritated when a single adult goes and uses it when there are plenty of other stalls and I have to wait for them to be done because clearly my stroller doesn't fit into the smaller ones and no way am i leaving baby outside the stall!

Most places have family restrooms now so I'll use those... or just bring the stroller into the handicapped one.

No, I don't use public restrooms unless I have to. The only time I took my kids into a public restroom was if I had to change them, they have to go potty, or we were on a long road trip with just me and them. When I do have to use public restrooms I just take the stroller in. It isn't a big deal.

It's a good idea in theory, but personally, I can't see remembering to pack it with me all the time and honestly, my bladder is worn out after so many kiddos so If I really had to GO, by the time I put that thing up, I'd have peed my pants! I need fewer contraptions....not more!

I remember clearly being in a predicament. My second was about 4 weeks old and utilizing the stroller, my oldest was just 2, I think his 2nd birthday was about a week before this trip.

I was supposed to go to a skirmish with DH, but when we got to the area it was pouring, so he dropped me off at the mall, then went to the shoot.

Well after a little while, of course I had to pee. There is no controlling a 2 y/o when you are vulnerable! haha! The baby was in the stroller and DS#1 was opening the door on me and climbing around under the stall walls - awesome.

It would have been nice to have one of those baby hangers I have seen in other bathrooms, alas, this bathroom did not have one.

Ami that is the worst!! DS is almost 2 and he does that all the time.. trying to open the door while i'm peeing, crawling under the stalls. I try to keep him in the stroller when possible but yes its hard!
