It's awful!!!

What are some things you do that help relieve it?

I thought about getting a ball to sit on at work but I feel like it is waaayyyyy to early for that!

I have back pain already because my uterus is tilted towards my back, and I have an anterior placenta. I have found that only soaking in a warm bath helps.

I've been doing butt flexing or "cat stretches" it seems to help...

I'm just glad I don't seem to be having sciatic issues yet.
