So, my mom has had five kids. Three of which were born early.

My little sister was born at 28 weeks, my little brother was born at 25 weeks, and I was born at 36 weeks.

We're all semi healthy now, but the younger two were in the hospital for a very long time. What are the chances that I'll go that early...?

there are lots of reasons for premature labour, but i don't think it is something you are genetically predisposed to.

I also do not believe that premature labor is genetic. I don't think the chances of you giving birth early are any higher than anyone else

i think it depends on a person's body. My mother went on the due date of all her kids. I had issues with premature labor. Our pregnancies were completely different. If you aren't having frequent daily contractions, i would try not to worry.l

I think every person and every pregnancy is different. Has your doctor given you reason to be concerned?

No, but she asked if I or anyone in my immediate family were preemies. I told them, and also told them the health problems they got from it and she typed it in her computer and I haven't seen the same woman since. I don't think though that that's the reason I've been getting so many appointments. XD
