I've been having these strange stomach pains these past few days.

I'm not sure if anyone remembers, but earlier on in this pregnancy, I had really awful side pains for a good number of days that the doctors throughout was appendicitis. Luckily, it wasn't. Well now, that pain is back in full force, on both my right side and on my lower stomach. It's usually only really bad after I go to the restroom (number 1) and the only way I can explain it is a mixture of streching on the inside and diarrhea pains. I've been pooping fine, and my gas has been great too (as great as gas can get, lol.), so I know it isn't gas pains.

Anyone going through this or that can point me in the direction of what to do or what it might be from?

My doctor told me that I have a uterus that is slightly to the right, and I'm guessing that's why there's nothing going on on the left side of my body. They are really painful, and I almost want to cry through them sometimes. :/

I agree I would call the doc because I had an infection that was causing me to have pain in my abdomen I don't know if that helps. once I started treatment the pain went away quickly!

I was thinking UTI as well. I had a really nasty one once that was actually a kidney infection, and it started out exactly how you are describing. The side pain eventually moved into my back and it hurt so bad to pee!

That makes sense. I've gotten a few before, but nothing like this.

I agree that you should call your doctor and get checked out! Since the pain is bad after peeing, I am also thinking it could be a possible UTI. If it is, much better to treat it sooner than later, they are even worse once the pain spreads into your back

Hope the pain clears up soon!
