A day where all the stress finally gets to you and you just bawl until there are no more tears and your eyes are all puffy? That day is today for me! I just wish it didn't happen on the day I need to take all the kids to a birthday party lol. I also wished that the crying would have solved any one of the issues that I'm stressed over lol.

I'm so sorry, Kim. (((Hugs))) I've had those days, too. Cry when you need to. Sometimes it's cathartic just to get the tears out. I hope you're feeling better soon.

I had a hyperventilating, sobbing cry fest a week or so ago in the shower and I felt much better after. I think it was the stress that hit m all at once. BIG HUGS!!!!!

Actually I do this a lot..Granted some of my issues are a bit more than surface stuff(I don't know what yours are so I am not judging) and fairly deep seeded..I tend to bottle things up and then I explode or have a complete breakdown..Then I feel fine for a while..then I do it again..

You need those cry days once in a while. No, they don't solve the problems, but at least you relieve the tension.

Sometimes, crying helps me become more levelheaded about a situation afterwards. They are great sometimes!

Thanks ladies... my day did get better. Between crying it out and emailing back and forth with DH, I feel better... none of the issues are solved but I don't need to worry about them right now.

I am having one of those days as well today. I feel your pain. I think when you are pregnant, the hormones make things go from bad to worse and make it harder to get an emotional grip on things.
Glad to hear you are feeling beter about things this afternoon. Hope the issues get resolved and things look up.

I have definitely had my share of those days!! My emotions are becoming some what back to normal now. Just a couple of weeks ago I was still an emotional wreck. I was crying what seemed like every couple of days over almost anything. Then I would have one big cry when the stress would build up probably weekly. And my eyes are the worst when it comes to trying to hide the fact that I just cried like crazy. Even if I cry the night before my eyes have been known to actually swell up so bad I look like something is seriously wrong with them. I have no idea why my eyes react so strongly with the swelling, but it's really awful after I cry.

I do have to say that crying does help relieve the stress and is very necessary. I always go off to my room or the bathroom and cry by myself when I need to.

**HUGS**
