I've been feeling extra discharge lately. How to determine if this might be amniotic fluid or normal?

Have you been more active? walking more? When i do more then normal i get more mucus. I would think it was just that and not amniotic fluid??

I have been walking and eating more LOL. I get this wet feeling at the front of my underwear which I didn't notice before. I get a bit of mucus too.

You also could be sweating more. I think it sounds normal

I read that discharge continues to increase throughout pregnancy, so I would say it's normal.

I have that too. I rarely ever get cm, even when I ovulate. So this is a new thing for me! It makes a big wet spot sometimes but I can see the creamy cm mixed in. My best friend used to get a LOT before and she gets even more now. She is 15 weeks along and says sometimes she can feel it come out like she is on her period! Soundsscary but its normal for her. I think it depends person to person.

I wear panty liners around the second trimester all the way to the end. I hate this part of pregnancy.

I wear panty liners since I found out I was pg. I had some experience from the first time I was pregnant, so I never leave home without my "pampers" on.
--> I never get it soaked in though, just maybe sweaty and a little bright yellow mucus.

I'm a pantiliner momma as well. If it were fluid it would be pretty continuous and getting worse as you moved etc. Increase discharge is all thanks to those awesome hormones.
