I just got home an hour or so and had to do some serious walking in the 95 degree heat and ever since have been getting these horrific cramps. They stop me in my tracks most times. Is horrible. They are about every 10 ish minutes and are terrible. I have been hydrating myself and no change... they are like terrible period cramps that tighten everything up and then turn into pressure. This blows lol. At 36 weeks I'm not used to this. Though my Dr. Did say any day i would be fine but i didn't think she was serious. Yikes.

Keep chugging the water and resting. I went out on a field trip with work last week and felt terrible after it. It took awhile but once I finally got hydrated and cooled down enough I felt much better.

Lol yes a few times and clear. I'm not feeling dehydrated and they are still coming. I have tons of pain right behind my pubic bone and the bad come and go pains are all over. This just really sucks. I feel them get real bad and then ease but they are fairly consistent.

Hope its it for you. Mine get so fustrating. Like today they have stayed 10-12 min apart since noon but only every 3 or so are stop in your tracks. I have had this before and they sent me home. It never hurts to go get checked out though if you think its the real thing.
