He was born July 5th at 9:25pm. Christian was a big boy and weighed in at 8 pounds 8.3 ounces and was 21 3/4 inches long.
I was scheduled for a induction on the 8th but on 7/4 as I was going to the bathroom I heard a "Pop" sound and could have sworn my water broke. After a visit to LDR they said no it hadn't. Well the morning of the 5th I was woken from a nap at 10am feeling as if I had peed myself (aka a LARGE gush). I called the dr and was in a exam room by 2:15. After listening to his heart on the monitor the NP told me to scoot down on the table and as I did my water was gushing everywhere. After making some quick calls to get the older kids covered we were walking to the hospital (dr is located in same building)
We have time of rupture at 2:30, PIT started at 4pm, epidural at 7pm and delivery at 9:25pm. He would have been born about 20 minutes earlier but we had to wait for the doctor.
Christian is such a laid back easy going baby!! We are having to do some suplement feeding because my milk isn't to a level yet where I can keep up with him (he is taking about 3 oz). So to get it going more I'm pumping after feeding him.
