I remember some of you ladies talking about Blooming Baths a little while ago. I forgot how not fun it is to bath an unhappy newborn and I've been eyeing them up. Are they worth it? Do they make bathtime happier or are they just a cute gimmick?

I am curious about them too cause I detest baby bathtubs. Only I like using my bathroom sinks for lil baby birdbaths, but I don't think the blooming bath would fit.

I've used it about 7 times now and I love it. It fits in a double kitchen sink just fine. This is my first child so I can't compare it to regular bath tubs, but I am definitely happy with it. The cuteness factor can't be beat either.

It fits in a double sink but I don't love it yet because she has to sit upright in a double sink...it would work better in a large sink. We have not been using it as much as I hoped! But it definitely makes for cute pictures!

A bunch of my friends were talking about it on facebook the other day and the only complaint was the drying time of it. Everyone said it was awesome other than that.

We bought the Leachco bath pad. It's less expensive but similar concept. Baby boy and I both like it. I just put it in our bathtub, and he seems mighty content in it. Here's a link: Amazon.com: Leachco Safer Bather Infant Bath Pad, Blue Fish: Baby

And here's a pic:
