I had a spinal block for my c section. It worked well and I didn't feel any pain during the surgery. However, I have had knee dropping pain in my spine since. It comes and goes but when it's there it's unbearable. Anyone else have this lingering issue after an epidural or spinal? Someone please give me hope that it will go away soon.

I didn't have severe pain after, but I had an epidural, and for almost 3 weeks, I had a numb spot in my back...I was starting to get concerned, and it started to shrink, and now I have full feeling again.

I did after my first epidural. Took forever for the pain to subside (years). It doesn't hurt anymore, but is sensitive to the touch. Tried talking to many dr's about it and they all say there is no way it is related to my epidural. But I KNOW it is. I had horrible bruising in that area for months and even a little scab. I know exactly where it was and thats the exact spot that hurts.

I had some itchiness in my back at first, and do have some back pain, but dull aches, nothing unbearable. I had an epidural though, not a spinal.

My back is already effed up so I couldn't tell you if the pain is from the epi or normal for me.
