A couple of times so far at night, my little one is really fussy and doesn't want to eat. This only lasts for about 30 minutes/an hour, but last night when I turned on the light to see why she was fussing so much, I noticed there was curdled milk coming out of her nose :/. It was so weird because she kept sneezing and it was like cottage cheese curds coming out of her nose, but it wasn't watery. She also sounded gurggly and wheezy. It was so odd. After sneezing a few times, she finally nursed.

I'm thinking this is related to a milk sensitivity. I've been having a lot of dairy over the past few days. She's normally not fussy but these past two days that I've had ice cream and cheese, she's been more fussy. I'm wondering if the milk could cause reflux? Is that even reflux--the milk coming out of her nose?

Cora pukes out her nose about once a day. Mostly it's fresh milk, like she gets too much and overflows.

Before Madeline was put on Zantac for reflux, she would have projectile vomit through her nose/mouth. Spitting up through the nose is normal, but if it's projectile and more than 2 tablespoons, it's considered vomit and could be reflux.

It hasn't happened with Adalyn, but it did with Emmersyn. Was she laying flat? If so - That's most likely why it came out of her nose.

Elias did that once while I was changing him. He spit up and some came out his nose and it scared me so bad. I turned him on his side and helped him get it out. But after a few minutes sneezing he was fine.

I have a reflux baby and that was part of it for her. She had other issues though, projectile vomiting and definitely more than just a little bit of formula. We have been on various medications but they don't seem to be working...She spit up about 8 ounces last night all at once. It was horrible. It literally covered her face. We have an appointment with a specialist at the University of Michigan on Monday. I hope they can find us some relief.

Oz puked out of his nose once, I don't know what caused it and it hasn't happened since, but it was a REALLY big spit up when it happened - probably the biggest we've ever had.
