Well I figured it would eventually happen and today it did. I was just on my way to pump and my male co-worker called me into his office to ask me a question and right as I was answering it, he said "Uhh, you're leaking..." Luckily we're good friends and he and his wife are trying to get PG so I just told him that this was what he had to look forward to and he laughed.

The thing that makes me mad is that it was my lazy right boob that I barely get 1/2 oz out of, yet it leaked after 3 hours. And I was wearing my lily padz too so I don't know if it just wasn't in place or what.

I'm big on the pads right now for sure. i just use the disposable kind. I like Johnson and Johnson's. They don't show under my clothes. I leaked through my shirt when i was at my moms the other day. I totally forgot about pads! Had to send DH home for clothes.

I use disposable pads too but I do notice they come out of place sometimes. I leak bad in the night if I don't wake up to express. But I've given up setting an alarm because I wasn't getting enough sleep and I'm supposed to be convalescing.

I love the ones I bought off of Etsy. They are cotton flannel and super soft with a PUL backing so I never leak through, not even at night. Really cheap too. Probably the best purchase I made the whole pregnancy.

I feel your pain. I have to buy a pump for work because I am renting the hospital grade one and its not meant to be as mobile. So this was my first week back at work and my boobs have been in so much pain from not pumping at work (I am scared this will decrease my supply). Yesterday I had my new orange shirt on and a sweater over it. I didn’t realize I was leaking and it had dried. My supervisor and a few other women pointed it out to me and I walked around the rest of the day covering it with my sweater. Lesson learned. Glad to see your post because I felt so embarrassed but glad to know it didn’t only happen to me.
