Is your baby sensitive to noise? Do you feel like you have to tiptoe round them when they sleep?

I didn't, but since Michaela became all fussy this last couple of days she's been such a light sleeper, so I've been trying to keep things quiet more than normal. Pretty sure it's a temporary thing, and I really hope so.

Actually yes. He's much more jumpy than my other kid's were. Drives me crazy because I can be holding him and he's dead asleep but I know if I talk it could startle him awake.

Yesterday Summer took a 3 hour nap. Towards the end of it we were screaming her name to try to wake her and not a flinch lol. We watch tv, vacuum, the dogs bark... Seems nothing phases her

Some days, Adalyn won't sleep very well or soundly when there's lots of noise. . . However, I've never been one to make it completely silent in the house when my babies are sleeping. Emmersyn still needs music on to sleep in her room - She's always needed some sort of noise. Wit a 2.5 year old in the house this time around, it's IMPOSSIBLE to keep it quiet in here, but there's times where we send her to her play room for quiet play or a movie so I can get a fussy Adalyn to sleep. . .

During the day, no. At night, yes. Go figure.
A freight train went by at a festival, and the horn blared right by us. She slept right through it! However, at night, if you even whisper or walk near her, she wakes right up.

No, thankfully. I have a fruit bat dog that goes pyscho anytime we get home or she sees someone outside.

OMG yes and it kills me. Thankfully it's not all the time but a good 75% of the time he is.

We can do whatever pretty much whenever...when I'm trying to get him to sleep though, I tend try to and avoid loud noises though.

It depends. She will sleep thru her sister's screams. I joke and say that she was used to hearing all that noise in utero . If it's quiet when she falls asleep, she will likely wake if something randomly makes noise. But if it was noisy when she fell asleep, she will wake if it gets quiet. She always falls asleep while I'm showering (I put her bouncer in the bathroom) and then wakes up when the sound of the water stops.

Nope, she's a very heavy sleeper so far! Which is good with three other little ones running around!

If it's a single loud noise it'll wake him, like if we drop something on the floor - but general noise doesn't bother him - he falls asleep to 'his' electro dance music.

Michaela seems to be getting past the fussiness, whatever was causing it, thank goodness. She's slept through kids playing outside, the washing machine, and next door neighbour doing DIY with a drill this morning.

Carlie needs a semi-quiet environment to fall asleep. Once she is sound asleep (5ish mins) a tornado could rip the house down around her and she wouldnt flinch.
