I always think this stuff is interesting... especially when some of us shoot for names that aren't really popular, and then they end up on the list!

Phew, Theo's not on there.

His name is in the top 5 in Belgium though - he'll fit right in if he decides to do a high school exchange there.

oh good grief!!!!

We chose Mason before it got popularized by the Kardashian, and then after he was born it was top 10.

.....and now we just chose Amelia because no one we know has a child named Amelia, no one's children we know have Amelia's in their class.... and it sounded vintage-y yet not overused like some of the other over-used vintage names..........and it's the first one on the list. Maybe the fact we're calling her "Millie" will set her apart!

Yayyy!!! Emily has finally fallen off in popularity.

A good friend of mine just named her son Brantley and was talking about how it was unique. I guess it won't be for much longer...

Wow, surprised to see Elise on the list...we've gotten a lot of comments about it not being popular, lol. Maybe it will help people pronounce it though.

What? No one remembers how to pronounce it from the mother on Family Ties? Oh wait, I'm old - no one probably remembers that.

He's part of the -o names towards the bottom where they mention Cato (oh Hunger Games!). But its still unique

I find this interesting! I like a lot of the names on there, and am super happy to see my girl name isn't on there...it will probably be our girl name pick for our next baby if its still not super popular.

I LOVE Declan...but its predicted to be the next Aiden...DH isn't completely on board with Declan anyways. Oh well

Yay! No Taryn I love her name so much, I hope it doesn't get popular any time soon. I think it's most popular peak was in 1984, and that still wasn't very popular.

Crud Molly's name is on there. It's funny because I never really heard it much before and now that she's got the name I feel like the name is everywhere.

I seem to have managed to avoid it! Everyone who's met Michaela loves her name and one of the first things they say is "so unusual".

There are a lot of names on there that I've always liked and they were never popular. I'm irritated about Harper. When we picked it nobody had heard it except for the author Harper Lee (which is where Bobby got it). Then two celebrities named their kids Harper (Lisa Marie Presley and Neil Patrick Harris) so now it's popular. We almost named Dominic Jasper but changed our minds because there was a random Jasper living on the Shore with our last name. Then that became popular because of Twilight. We picked Oliver over three years ago but realized it was getting more popular so we ditched it. We seem to always be just ahead of the curve. So far so good with Paxton though.

I'm not surprised by this list in the slightest.

I started going to a mom and baby group and some of the names there are really interesting, names I've never heard not even on the name board here.

Anyways my favourite from all of them is Rio, its for a boy. Isn't that such a cute name???

Whoops! I only read the first two lists. We were thinking of calling him Nico too, which was part of the -o names.

My nephew's name is Rylan and I have never seen it other than him and when I saw it on your siggy before - I was surprised.
