I am going to start a picture journal on here. I would like to get back to a healthy weight between 165-175 by May of next year. I also really want to get some of my definition back.

Here are my 1 month post partum pics along with pictures of my goal which is what I looked like 2 years ago.

My goal (what I looked like in December 2010):

The posing was me thinking I wanted to be a figure competitor so I was practicing the poses.







I will post my 8 week pp photos after Thanksgiving! lol

Due to recent events I wasn't able to do 8-week pics. I look the same though.

This past Monday I started my diet at 2500 calories/day. I am hungry - but not crazy hungry so I am only marginally cranky.

I will do pics again at 12-weeks and there may be a visual change by then. Rich is asking to get off work at 8 today so that I can go to the gym. Besides the exercise for weight loss I really need to do some stretching as my lower back is insanely tight and hurts so much.

You can probably find exercises on youtube to help your back Can't wait to see your update

I didn't take any pictures this weekend. We were running around yesterday and this morning and this afternoon I was taking advantage of the good weather to get things done in the garden.

I have regained a fair bit of strength but I have not lost any weight yet. I will try to get some done next weekend.
