All About Pumping

This site saved my sanity. Seriously, this is where I found the most useful and assuring information. I hope it helps you too!

Thanks for posting! I've gotten a lot of good information from kellymom but this is more relevant to working moms.

My favorite section is the Better Pumping. I read every word of the entire site before returning to work. I love the honest and reassuring words.

If you don't have time for enough pumping sessions during the day, pump when you get up, before work, after your baby goes to bed, or during the night - it can be done!
Love this! I am unable to pump/nurse for about 6 hours. I pump when I wake up, nurse her before I walk out the door, nurse and pump when I get home. I can certainly add an additional pumping during odd hours. Its just hard because I always feel like I'm going to let my supply go to hell if I don't pump at the same time the baby takes a bottle. I only give her 3-6 oz while I'm gone and pump 8-10 so I must be doing ok.
