I thought I had 30 day shred and was a bit confused when some of you mentioned doing it with their previous kids since I knew I bought it right after mine was released. Apparently this one is worse than shred, using her 3-2-1 (3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs), I'm in trouble.
Yeaah, I'm on Amazon ordering 30DS now. I was dying and only made it 3/4 through RI30. I did some googling and RI30 is indeed quite a bit more difficult than 30DS and with as out of shape as I am, definitely going to need stepping stones!
