Just by cutting out junk food. I had plateaued at 126 but noticed that junk food was making me feel terrible and realizing I had gotten to the point where I needed something sweet every night I decided enough was enough. Two days later I weighed myself and to my surprise I was 124 pounds! I haven't been 124 pounds in years! I'm so frickin' happy!
Thanks ladies! It was pure hell. I gave up sweets right before two birthday parties and a wedding. What was I thinking?! But I did it! I turned down cake three times in a row! I deserve a medal for that! And I'm staying strong at 124 pounds.
