I found my old account....
So I was on the treadmill with Cameron in the Ergo for 25 min today at 3.5 speed and a 4% incline. The treadmill said I burned 181 calories (I typed in my weight but not age or gender). MFP showed for 3.5 brisk walk was like 140 calories, and for walking carrying an infant was like 130 calories.
So which one is more accurate? I'm leaning towards the treadmill, but I don't want to take that just so I get the extra calories. Anyone have any experience?
