I started a mommy and me fitness class yesterday morning, its once a week for 8 weeks, and a lot of those moves are similar to what we did yesterday. Some of them incorporated the babies though. I was going to start doing the moves from the class every other day, but I may just do this instead since I forget half of them already haha. I say every other day because I can barely handle the stairs today...my thighs are killing me...and I LOVE IT! Good luck!
