I'm already feeling really Christmassy, hence all the questions lol. Sorry if it bugs anyone!

Do you buy extra "treat" food at Christmas time?

We used to buy far too much but we've got it down to what gets eaten now - we usually buy one tin of chocolates, one tin of a nice biscuit assortment, one box of crackers, a couple of deli cheeses, a few different bags of nuts, plus one "treat" alcohol each, plus beers. Shaun usually gets Bailey's, I usually get cream sherry and Mum usually gets vodka. Usually some bottles of Coke as well.

Ask away Sharron! I've been walking around with that Christmas glow for a few weeks now.

We usually have beer and several kinds of liqour in the house but I'll often pick up a bottle of cream liqueur for hot chocolate. DH likes to treat himself with a bottle of good whiskey at the beginning of winter too. I bake and my family always gets chocolates (plus we're given several boxes as gifts every year) so we don't buy that sort of thing. EGGNOG!!!! We go through a ton of it; we're usually pretty sick of the stuff come the end of December

We don't really seem to buy more as we do a lot of running round between our families. I do however like to bake but didn't last year and don't think I will this year either. I just can't seem to find the energy to even want to.

More alcohol and more baking supplies for sure. Although I didn't do any baking last year. I'm hoping to make up for it this year...although its hard to find the time like Aubrey said. And I've discovered Pinterest...tons of new recipes to try!

I like your new siggy Aubrey!

We have certain Christmas foods like After Eights, Quality Street chocolates and these German style cookies that I can't remember the name of.
