That...lol I have herd the two can go together. I was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat. My fiancé is going nuts although he is a very patient man. I miss the closeness but just have no drive at all really. Any btdt moms experience this?

Any advise (not planing on weaning for a long time)

I have no desire either, but it may also be that the one time we DTD it HURT! So I'm afraid to do it again.

No desire whatsoever. I actually dread the thought of it because I have zero interest so I know it will be mentally exhausting to do it. LOL

I love my Hubby, but I am having a really hard time separating purpose and pleasure as in....my body is stuck in PURPOSE mode!!!

I barely have a sex drive, but I am not breastfeeding. I think it's because my body looks terrible right now, and my SO is still good looking and fit as ever, so I feel too down about myself. And poor guy wants to do stuff! It's terrible!

Great job on breastfeeding for so long though

Its normal and really the only thing I can suggest is give in to him. Its not only because of the bfing but you have a new role as a mom and its very hard to turn off that roll and become sexy wife even if its just for a little bit. But its kindof like if you start drinking water you will start craving water lol. If you give in your drive will start coming back. And if your baby sleeps in your room maybe go into the living room instead so your not distracted by every little sound your baby makes. If you need to drink a glass of wine or something that will help you relax. It takes time to get your groove back and its easier after each kid lol. Dh and I were dtd at like 3.5wks and hve maintained a good routine since. It also really helps if your so doesn't beg. Its like an annoying kid that keeps asking to do something and even if you were going to before after being asked 10x there's no way your going to now lol. So keep that in mind too.

DD1 I had this issue, she was 6 months old before we even attempted to have sex. This time around has been different. 6 weeks after DD2 was born we finally had sex and it was fantastic. Both DD1 (was) and DD2 is breastfed so I think it just varies on the person. Also this past pregnancy my sex drive was through the roof up until it got to hard to have it bc I was so big lol. Hope it comes back soon for you though.
