I've been terrible about updating! I've still been doing the program when I can, but my heart was acting up the past couple of weeks so I was only able to do about half the workout (although I did it four days instead of 3). Hoping it calms down soon!
That sounds scary!! Take it easy if you need to! I did nothing last week...so I started today with week #1 again Even if I never get past week 2 the interval training is great for weightloss but I want something I can continue with for maintaining.
Yeah, I've had trouble getting the time...I'm on day 4 of 30DS, and I stick Cam in his jumper while I do that...I can't fit the jumper in the back where the treadmill is...but this coming weekend, we might be moving some things around and I'm going to see if I can move the treadmill out from the back rooms. Alternatively, I mapped an outside route that is 5.2km...I walk the dog while DH baths Cam, so I'm debating just moving it outside shortly.
I haven't been doing much of the Cto5K this past week, I've been going to the gym to workout and I'm finding that I much prefer the other machines to the treadmill I'm still planning to get back to it though, and I'll definitely be running outside when the weather warms up!
