I won't go into a lot of details, just because... It's a little strange *laughs* But, I'm calling about a house, for sale by owner, today that I'm HOPING, with it's history, will go for pretty cheap.

So, can I get a few good luck wishes & crossed fingers? The house is absolutely perfect for our needs, so I'm really wanting this to go my way!

I'll keep you guys updated. I'm giving the family a bit to wake-up before I start calling, asking them a whole bunch of questions. It'll give me time to rack up some luck

*update*
Haven't gotten a hold of the owner yet. They don't seem to be home today. I'll try again tomorrow.
If you're just beyond curious in the history of the house, post #9 will answer your curiosity. *laughs*

*laughs* I haven't been able to get a hold of the owner today. Taryn's been a fussy butt and when I am able to call, nobody answers.

And yes, a house with a history. I'll go ahead and spill it, but it's not for the faint of heart. Just saying.

On facebook, some of you may have seen, a few months ago, where I posted about a guy's house being broke into, right down the road, and he was shot... Well, it's that house.
The entire town of Manchester knows what happened there and I'm not expecting there to be a bunch of interest... Who in their right MIND would want to live in a house where a man was killed?! (Yeh, ok, this crazy person)... but the house itself is perfect. And only about 3 years old. From what I can see, at least 3 bedrooms. Hardwood floors, an upstairs with a balcony over looking the living room area... The kitchen is awesome, HUGE back yard.... It really is an amazing house.

I plan on, if things go right, a bit of a spiritual cleansing in that house and some home protection. I mean, it's a touch morbid, buuuut I've got a pretty open mind and... I'm sorry.... but the possibility of a cheap awesome house because everyone is scared of it? Yeh, sign me up.

Eh that wouldn't phase me either, especially if you do a cleanse. I hope it goes for cheap and all works out for you guys Sounds like a beautiful home.

Sounds like an awesome house, but yeah, I'd be a little nervous about sleeping there. But maybe with a really really REALLY good cleansing!

We have an appointment on Friday to see about the house. It's better than I thought. 4 bdrm, 3 ba, 5 acres. I'm staying positive about this. We'll see.

I'd live there, especially after doing some cleansing in there with Archangel Michael. I have a good feeling about this for you Jacque.

In the history of the earth, we've all probably lived somewhere where someone has died. Maybe not murdered and maybe not recently but the chances are pretty good. Chris's parent's live in a house where his grandmother died, this never bothered me but then there was also a woman who committed suicide in their basement - that freaks me out, but I haven't been there to feel the vibes so I don't know how much of a presence she still has there.

My grandmother died in our house just a few months ago. Granted she wasn't murdered, but it wouldn't freak me out.

Our first apartment one day had news reporters filming in front or oh windows. I was like what the heck? Turns out a mom lived there with her boyfriend and daughter. She came home one day and the boyfriend was raping the little girl. the news reporters were there because he escaped jail and faked his own death!
