Sounds like this teacher is not cut out for this type of work. That is not your fault. Try not to take on other's burdens. I think talking to the director was the responsible thing to do. It's not a bad thing to report something like this. She needs to figure out a way to control her emotions at work or find a different job.

Wow, well without echoing everyone else's opinion too much, i'd just like to add that i'm definitely on board with you talking to the Director and you sooooo shouldn't feel bad about it, because if someone is working with babies, then they need to know that almost daily, you get up to your elbows in poop! Gosh, i've minded my nieces for 20 minutes and had them explode from the waist down It's just a part of dealing with children - how could the lady possibly get upset about it??? Even if she didn't want to overly handle the clothing, there's latex gloves?!?!?
