Is anyones little ones still not rolling over yet?

Hailey just refuses to roll back to front or front to back. She is working on sitting but doesn't sit by herself yet. I'm getting worried. She turned 6 months on March 20th.

Any suggestions?

Micah can sit and is almost crawling, but still doesn't roll over!

My doctor was concerned that Elliott was not rolling over. His Aunt said he did the other day but he mostly will squirm to his side and then be content. Forget it if he is on his belly, he will just cry when he is done.

I am concerned he won't roll over since he will be 7 months on the 13th. He can sit unassisted (still falls over at times) and he getting great at pulling himself to standing if he holds your thumbs but that's it. He wants to move but can't crawl or anything. He didn't sit well until 6 months, maybe a week after even.

Evelyn was a week over 6 months when she finally started rolling over both ways and hasn't stopped. I basically got down and put toys out of her reach above her head and encouraged her as much as possible and let her fuss a bit and get mad about not being able to get the toy.

I'm going to try the toys thing. I do have them infrint of her but she can reach them. She can twist herself in a circle while on the floor but that's all. I am trying not to compare her to my ds but its hard. By now he was rolling and sitting. It's nice to see that some of your lo's took a little longer but got there.

Evelyn just started sitting unassisted the past weekend 6months3 weeks, still a bit wobbly. I know what you mean about it being hard not to compare to the older siblings.

Declan will not roll from his belly to back. He can flip to his belly with no problem but then gets himself stuck. I have only seen him do belly to back about 3 times. I think he is just being lazy.

When I wanted to start to encourage him to roll to his belly, I would do this trick that my pediatrician recommended. She told me to gather his hands to his feet and for me to roll him side to side. Declan LOVED it and still loves it when I do this. I honestly think he just needed to realize he could do it. Once I started to do that a few times a day for a few days, he couldn't stop rolling over to his belly

Don't get too disheartened! Every baby develops differently. Olivia is 7 months old and she has no interest in sitting and will crumple down if I let go. She has no interest in crawling either, and prefers to barrel roll all over the house instead. She has no sign of any teeth yet either. (I thought maybe she was last week but it was a false alarm) and she is a terrible sleeper. But, she is a happy very healthy baby and the doctor says she is doing just fine! As long as your baby boy is happy and thriving, there really is no need to get worried about being a little late on reaching a milestone.

Matthew can sit on his own and if we put him on his back he will roll to his belly but refuses to roll back onto his back. Hes done it before but refuses to now lol he will just lay ther and ends up crying when he's done. I've tryed to just leave him there so he can roll on his own but he won't and I can't just let him cry in there
