Lately my LO is waking up at all times of the night. I'm not sure if it is teething, or fluid in her ears, or just plain separation anxiety. She has been on antibiotics for 8 days so far for a double ear infection so she should feel better, but I think that fluid can linger on for a while. The Pediatrician said that separation anxiety kicks in around this time and it is typical for them to wake during the night. he also said that teething is usually not painful enough to wake up babies. I don't know what to think.
What is going on with your LO's sleep wise? are they waking up more latley? Do you think it is from teething?
No sleep here for the past few days. I'm averaging maybe 3 hours broken sleep a night. His bottom gums are pushed up, and then the teeth recede...they've been doing this for about 10 days now but the last few days have been the worst for sleep.
He's also trying to walk by himself Not cool little guy!
Agree with the above. Teething can definitely wake them up. Are you giving her a pain reliever? Try that and see if she sleeps better. And also check her hoo-ha and mouth for signs of yeast from the antibiotics because that could also make her very uncomfortable.
