Do you remember what you were doing? how you were feeling? how prepared for babies birth you were? How different does life feel for you NOW compared to then?

I don't even remember! LOL I know we were getting on our way with the Nursery but I'm pretty sure it wasn't complete yet. We were planning a trip north and I was miserable with swollen ankles and I was always so uncomfortable! Life honestly isn't that much different, we just have a lil one in tow now. Sure there are a few things here and there we can't do or have to ask Nana and Papa to babysit but things haven't changed THAT much

I was miserable teaching and getting more swollen by the day, lol. This weekend last year we took LJ on our last "family of 3 trip" to Sesame Place. We had a ball even though I couldn't get on the rides and I looked like a beached whale in my bathing suit

Tuckr has never had a nursery :/ i couldnt afford one so there was none of that fun for me. i do remember feeling pretty good at this point. i wasnt huge but i had a good bump going. and i was loving showing it off!!!

My journal entry from May 20, 2012. It's obvious that I had a lot more energy then than I do now.

27 weeks

It's the start of the third trimester!

I am having one of those "stomach is a bottomless pit" kind of days. I haven't had a day like that in quite a while. Jack had hiccups twice on Friday, once yesterday, and once already today. It's such a strange sensation but really cool. I've heard they are related to fetal growth spurts, though I'm not sure if that's true. If so, it explains my insane hunger today.

I'm posting a short one today because I'm on a roll with housework, and I'd like to keep it going. It's not often that I actually get in the mood to clean. I'm also going to make fajitas tonight and probably banana bread.

Is it sad that I'm already looking forward to my upcoming four-day weekend? I'm just so excited to get more done around the house and especially in Jackson's nursery.

My ankles were just starting to swell. We went away for the long weekend with the same friends as this year, but their daughter was 4 months old last year...it was definitely different this year! Not too different from what I expected going away with a 9 month old :/

We were mostly ready, we didn't have to buy much since we still had everything from Sophia. I was very nervous about having a 4th though!

I was fully stressed too, it was a very bad time in my life and was just 9 days away from my waters breaking.

I sure do remember! I was anxious to be done work and I was still scared of having a baby. I was also on a mini-vacation at this time last year swimming in a lake in the hottest weather I've ever lived through in May.
