I'm having the hardest time trying to find good shoes for Leo...
Anybody have any suggestions for me?
I got him sandles but these are like flip flops and look so uncomfortable on him... Plus it's summer so I don't want to get him sneakers...
So I just have him go to daycare barefooted and all!
I tried the rubberoo (socks that has rubber soles and that just looks too hot for him to wear....

Is he officially walking? If not, it's best to go barefoot (unless shoes are absolutely necessary).

M is walking and I ordered her first "official" shoes from See Kai Run and Stride Rite. It's hot here, too...so she's still barefoot indoors. Only shoes for outdoor play right now.

He's standing up a lot but only walks when I/someone holds both his hands and walk with him.
I'll take a look into See kai Run and stride rite... Thanks!

I bought some See Kai Run sandals second hand and I like them, they velcro and stay on nice and have the flexible sole. I also got a pair of those socks with the rubber soles and I like them but find he pulls them off easy. Most of the time he doesn't wear any shoes unless he's playing outside.

Anything will really do, just make sure its got a really flexible sole, you should be able to bend it in half.

Robeez are soft leather shoes. They work perfectly, covering and protecting the feet but soft and flexible for learning to walk.

I have only bought shoes at stride rite for my 3 yr old. I havent bought any for my LO yet because she's not even close to walking. I will prob go to stride rite soon to have a nice pair for her 1st bday. I know stride rite has a cute pair of brown sandals for boys.
