I'm sure this has been asked but since our boards are merged now I would love to know where everyone is with this!

Are you a SAHM, WAHM, or working mom?

If you are a working mom or wahm; what type of work do you do?

If you are a SAHM; do you plan to start working at some point; or to remain a SAHM?

I'm a stay at home mom mostly. I say mostly because I just started working one day a week for my old place of employment. I have been going in to decorate cakes for them while they are looking for someone else to hire. Some days I do wish that I was working again. But others I'm happy and most importantly, thankful, to be at home with Summer.

Are you a SAHM, WAHM, or working mom? Working mom

If you are a working mom or WAHM; what type of work do you do? paralegal/legal assistant, and my husband and I own a business that services plotters, wide format copiers, etc.

I would love to stay at home with Pippa and be more involved with school activities for my older two.

I have been a SAHM since 2006. I will be a SAHM until all of my kids are in school full time. I am hoping for one more baby, so it would be a few years down the road.

after that, not sure what I am going to do - I've been thinking about going to school for u/s tech.

I would not go back into pharmacy tech.

For now, I contribute by trying save as much money as possible, and I have sold a few of my crafts - but really that covers is yarn obsession! haha!

Working mom here!

I would love to be a SAHM/WAHM, but we cannot swing it financially. I work as an editor for a book publishing company, and I am trying to get my hand into freelance editing. It is hard to get your foot in the door though, but the extra income would be fantastic. My goal is to freelance edit full time and quit my actual job (and if I leave on good terms, they would give me freelance work as well!)

I'm actually also looking for a part time job. Having even more time away from Jordan would really suck, but money is tight right now and we have some debts that we want paid as soon as possible. This living paycheck to paycheck really sucks, and I know daycare is a big contributor to that as we never had this problem before. But, even if I stayed at home and saved on the daycare costs, it still would not be enough income to pay all of our bills

I work from home so I have the best of both worlds. I run a daycare in my house, and at weekends I help my dad with his party supply business, which just involves answering the phone and taking his orders really. I don't make a fortune, but I have been able to stay at home for all my kids (the oldest is 13), so I will probably do this until the youngest is in school, then who knows? I have been out of the real workforce for a long time, and not sure how to get back in.

If you are a working mom or wahm; what type of work do you do? I work part time at Kohl's (love that place!) but I want to be a SAHM but I like having the extra cash right now lol

If you are a SAHM; do you plan to start working at some point; or to remain a SAHM? I decided when we have number 2 that I will become a full time SAHM and plan on staying that way untill the kiddos are in school then I'll go back to work. thats the plan rigt now but well see it may change lol

SAHM for now. I was a pre-k teacher. I start school in the Spring and I think I want to finish up and get my masters. I want to be a social worker for the child protective services. Dh doesn't want me to do that but that's another story. I will for certain want to work when all the kids are in school.

I'm a SAHM. Right now I have no plans to start working, at least out of the home. Money is tight and I would love to find a way to work from home. I just really don't know where or how to start. My work background is as a computer tech, perhaps I could be blessed with a job in that field but working from home. That would be tough though, because Kyah has a fit if she cant get on the computer with me. Id have to work while she slept, lol.

I'm a working Mom. I own a design and print business (business cards, banners, tshirts, decals, etc). Since I do own my own business I'm lucky that I only have to work out of the home 2-3 days/week, and the rest can be done from here

I don't think I've posted since our PRs merged. I'm trying to get back into the habit of visiting JM, though, because I really do love it here. I see that a lot of the August PR mamas have posted on this thread, but I also know Dani and JoLina. Hi, girls.

I'm a working mom. I'm the Director of Grants at a college, writing proposals to secure funding for various projects and monitoring funded projects.
