Do you round UP or down to the week you are? Tell the exact week and day. Or do you just say your due in Sept?

Depends on where I am in the week. Just starting or right after the start of the week, I round down. Once I hit the 3-4 day mark, I'll say x.5 wks, after that I round up. If they look confused after I say 18.5wks, etc, then I'll just say she'll be here in early Sept to ease their confusion, LOL.

Ditto. This is exactly what I do. Only I say end of Sept instead of early I've had people say "so how many months does that make you" and I just say "I have no idea" lol

I usually say whatever week i'm in even if i'm closer to the next week, unless its someone close to me asking and then i give more specifics. If someone asks when i'm due i either say Sept 1 or leave it at September.

Yeah, I have had no strangers ask me yet either (not really showing yet). I wish someone would teach the world that human beings are pregnant for 10 months because that is more realistic! 9 FULL months is more like TEN!!!

I just tell them the week I am and them tell them "about how many weeks that makes me" to avoid any confusion. Unless the person is being rude, then I also find something sarcastic to say.

someone asked me today how many months I was, and I was like umm ... math? haha!

Its kind of confusing. The chart says we're in our fifth month, which I guess is technically true since we got pregnant in December, but wouldnt that make us 4 1/2 months?

I usually tell people the week I am in; whether it's the beginning or the end of that particular week. Unless it is someone who has had a baby I doubt they even understand how the weeks work, lol. I have actually had to explain (not this pregnancy) to 2 different people that women are technically "pregnant" for 40 weeks aka 10 months (if you consider 4 weeks a month).

In my first pregnancy I always said how many months I was at the time....lol...not sure why I switched to how many weeks

I will just say how many weeks or generalize and say I'm almost half way through my pregnancy. Then if they question me further I tell them I'm due mid Sept.

I tell most people we're expecting in September. Only a few folks want to know what week or trimester I'm in. My week increases on Thursdays and I round up most of the time.

I have had so many strangers ask me and also people in office whom I dont usually communicate with . So I don't know why everyone is always interested in knowing how many "months" am I along ! And it depends upon my mood how I respond to them . I remember when I was just 14 weeks , I told someone that I was 4 months pregnant 'cause I just couldn't make my mind calculate the months . So many people add the sentence " are you halfway yet ??" And I said " I am 17 weeks " And left the calculation to the person

I've been saying how many weeks. If I'm past the mid-way of the week I'll usually round up, or I'll say "I'll be ___ weeks on Thursday."
