Mine has essentially disappeared. I have to force myself to eat. I have a hard time eating meals and instead just graze throughout the day. And if it's something rich or lots of different things, forget it. I want bland stuff. Right now I'm eating a piece of whole grain bread with peanut butter...for lunch..... The other night for dinner all I could force down was a baked potato.
I'm the same way, Danielle. Although for me, it's not a new development. I've had that with this entire pregnancy. Now it's even worse that my stomach's compressed because not only am I not hungry, I'm full so easily. I've been trying to get nutrition drinks and some nutrition bars when I can because I've been eating pretty blandly, too. I'm really looking forward to getting my appetite back.

I've been getting really nauseous lately... go figure, right at the end?? When I eat, I'm full right away, and some days its like 4 pm before I realize I havent eaten, and that's why my head hurts. I'm not ready for my appetite to come back, but I AM ready to start my diet and weight loss program, and to just not feel so sick and drained all the time. We're almost there girls.
My appetite has been for the birds..when I get up in the morning.I have coffee..I don't eat actual food until lunch..then its usually something small..then more coffee..and more coffee after that..Im too tired to eat now days..blah
I've been eating about the same the whole time. Only lectured by the nutritionist at WIC of course! The day that I went there last I hadn't eaten anything so was only up 2 lbs from my pre preg weight. I eat about 2-3 times a day, usually first meal isn't til 11 or later. I get pretty busy in the morning getting the kids up and then I like to clean the house with my regular routine right away so I guess I don't feel hungry til I'm bored.
