Okay ladies - the contractions slowed down last night. I've been chugging water because it's so humid here so I think maybe that helped.

BUT last night I had some spotting, it was a light brownish so I figured old blood. Just now I went pee and there's more of that snotty mucous and pinkish red blood. I'm not having any contractions just overall crampiness.

We haven't DTD yet, it's been too crazy here and by the time DH comes to bed I'm already asleep.

I just lost a big chunk of bloody plug. I'd been losing pieces of it the last few days but this one is the first one that has blood with it. Still spotting and cramping. Waiting on DH to come home. I've been laying down since this morning pretty much except to pee and eat.

I would go to L&D if you have contractions. Hope baby stays put a little longer.

I agree, sounds like you may have started dilating. Contractions, losing your plug, bloody show....you better go get checked out!! Sending lots of positive thoughts your way! I hope your baby boy stays put for at least 2 more weeks!! Please KUP

hmm.. you might want to talk the doctor on call and see if they want to rehydrate you or anything. The plug and bleeding make me think that these contractions are progressive, and it's way too early. Sounds like you are doing all the right things though.

Hope you are well. It certainly sounds like bloody show, which may indicate labor is imminent or still weeks to come. Totally depends on your body.
