My stomach doesn't feel the greatest today, so I'm just making a casserole. It's really easy. I put 2 cans chunk chicken, 3 cans chicken and dumplings (not the soup, the one with BIG dumplings), can of cream of chicken soup, and a bag of carrots/peas (frozen). Heat it to boiling on the stovetop then put in casserole dish and put biscuits on top and bake until the biscuits are done.
Might make the kids snicker salad, or 'sherbert' for dessert tonight too. We'll see how motivated I get.

Beth, that sounds great! I think all of my kids would eat that too (they are picky), other than Kyah of course. I may try making that! You leave me wondering what Snicker salad is and how it is made

Snicker salad, again in a large quantity, a 16 ounce tub cool whip, mix into that a box of vanilla pudding and a little milk. Then add 5 snickers bars cut into pieces, and 5 granny smith apples (medium ones like in the bag) also cut into bite size pieces.
You can buy a 6 pack of snickers in the candy isle of most stores. I always save one for myself
And you're right about that meal, it's pretty good! Best part about it is that it's like a pot pie, but without the nasty crust lol!

Yum on the snicker salad!!! We all had oatmeal for breakfast...mine plain with a little salt and some coffee. The boys had theirs with cinnamon, banana, and honey!
Lunch I had two pieces of toasted Ezekiel Bread with peanut butter.
Dinner, I'm trying to decide. I've already baked the sweet potatos, so that will be a side item. I've got venison defrosting now. I'm thinking maybe a breakfast for supper thing. I'll make an egg casserole with the ground venison seasoned to taste like sausage and cheese, and then topping the baked sweet potatos with a touch of cinnamon. We'll see what I decide in a couple hours when I have to make it!

I haven't been eating much lately. I ate a banana for breakfast, a small bowl of special K cereal for lunch lol. I'll be making asian salmon with rice and veggies for dinner!
I can smell fried chicken from next door and so I would LOVE to just get some KFC for dinner but I'm trying to be good with eating healthy and not eating out often lol

I cook dinner 99.9% of the time, so yes I will be cooking tonight. I think it will be spaghetti, but I'm not sure.

Same here!
Tonight we are having baked chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, shells and cheese, and corn.
Snicker salad sounds delicious! Might buy the ingredients tomorrow!

That snicker salad sounds so yummy! i may have to try it sometime!
i try to cook majority of the time but sometimes i just dont get the chance to get to the store so well pick something up which i want to stop. i want our family to eat healthier so i plan on cooking mostly. Matthew eats great though, booby milk and all organic homemade baby food lol
i didnt really have breakfast today, Matthew and i lounged in bed untill like 11 lol so i just ate lunch. I had leftovers from lastnight which was unsloppy sloppy joes. itake buskits and put sloppy joe mix and chees inside and fold the buskit in half and seal it then bake. so yummy lol. and Matthew has some homemade brown rice cereal.
then for dinner we had chicken fajitias and Matthew had more homemade brown rice cereal lol

Add me to the list of those who cook the majority of the time! It's such a treat when we go out to dinner (even if it's like Chick-fil-a or something) because it always tastes better when someone else fixes it for you, LOL!
Everyone's dinner sounded great!!! We did end up with the egg casserole (it's actually like a crustless quiche) and it was so good!
