I wanted to warn you ladies about a situation that happened a couple days ago.

Elliott was laying on his tummy next to me on the couch the other day. He kept chewing on his fingers so I grabbed this teether from the fridge.



I put it upright on the couch in his hands and a little in his mouth (the teether leaned into his mouth) for him to chew on. Then he started gagging weird...I looked and he had dropped his head down and the toy was halfway in his mouth! I pulled it out and he is fine but I wanted to warn those with teething kids to really watch them when they play with these. Even if it looks too big to go in their mouth it still possibly can!

Thank you for that warning, Kimber! Very true! I have to always watch Kyah with her teething toys as well. Just because they look big and are made for teething doesn't make them safe as far as being a choking hazard. Never leave baby unattended with them!

I was surprised he could fit it into his mouth, and thankful I didn't decide to go use the bathroom or something before it happened. Scary! Makes me feel even more paranoid lol

Thanks for the heads up Kimber! I usually never leave Matthew alone with toys either just in case!
