Ugh, it's back. Kyah is 6 months and it has finally returned, I wish it hadn't though. I tried using tampons and found it painful. It was okay at first then after about an hour it felt sore. I've never experienced that before. Is it normal? Anyone else experience it with the return of AF after having baby? I guess I am stuck with pads for now. I hate pads.

Ugh that totally stinks!! I just got good old AF back 2 weeks ago, I did not miss it at all. I felt sore using them at first too but it definitely got better. I honestly think it was in my head more than anything. Hope it gets better for you!!

Im sorry. AF sucks. I got it back a couple months ago and they have been so orrhular and painful. Ugh. Also, tampons did hurt at first. I started using them just a couple times a day and worked up to regularly last time.

I hate pads too, but I started using cloth pads and it is slightly more bearable, just a bit more work.

Oh boo. AF returned for me when Matthew was like 3 months I think. The first one bad was bad and I found tampons sore to. I usef pads for like a day then tryed a tampon again and it wasent as bad. Im sorry though and I hope she leaves soon!

I'm thinking mine is about to rear her ugly head soon. I have been super crampy for a couple days. how exciting. I haven't had the first visit yet but I have heard that is is awful. (I guess half a year of build up does it.)

When I die, I'm going to ask God or who ever is in charge up there "what the heck were you thinking when periods sounded like a good idea??? Seriously!"
