Are any special foods you eat to help you conceive. I have heard eatting 1 serving of full fat dairy a day is supposed to be good when ttc and I have heard dark chocolate is good for you too.

I've heard the dark chocolate thing as well - and I actually eat a small piece of dark chocolate almost every day for my dessert!

I eat carrots to help with CM. I heard grapefruite juice is good for CM, too.

For implantation I hear pineapple core (although it's not to be eaten if you take bay aspirin). I've also heard a glass of water with juice of 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice in it helps tone the uterus.

The only food/drink I had that was different for me this time was grapefruit juice. I was trying to increase my CM, so I had some every day. Can't say if it played a role in the pregnancy, but it did seem to increase my CM.

That's interesting! When my morning sickness first kicked in, I could barely eat anything and even plain water was unappealing. I started getting the urge to put lemon juice in it, and then I could handle it just fine.
