OK week one is pretty straight forward egg and week 3 is pretty easy as well soup... but week 2 Chinese I need some clarification. I know that being a new to you recipe is not a requirement, but how much from scratch is acceptable? I buy my pot stickers completely made, so I would feel inclinded that they would need to be made... more from scratch egg rolls too. Plus what about premade sauces and flavor packets is that acceptable?

I don't mind seasoning packets, but no premade stuff that you just put in the oven or heat-up on the stove.

would you say wonton/eggroll wrappers would be okay if you make your own filling?

and.... if you make say, a chinese soup and serve potstickers or crab ragoon with it, would that count as two things? or just one?

So if I did my own stirfry with a premade sauce, it'd be okay, but the frozen beef and broccoli I did yesterday wouldn't count, right?

((I did it yesterday because I figured it wouldn't count))

I will allow premade sauces but will add that we're not allowing that in my house. Here sauces and seasoning mixes have to be made from scratch for the challenge.

As for the frozen stir-fry, if it was pre-mixed, pre-seasoned than no, I don't think it should count.
