Bean and rice
I cooked soaked pinto beans overnight then cooked in the crock pot, In the last hour I added some diced peppers and frozen corn. I made brown sprouted rice on the stove according to the directions, then I added a little chili powder mixed the two together with a little salsa and put in tortillas with some cheese and gucamole.
Sorry about the bad pic I didn't realize it was so bad until we had eaten it.
