My cramping started around 1230 am on the 8th she was due on the 7th. I tried my best to sleep though the pain just because I figured it wasn't anything I hadn't been feeling every now and again the past week. I woke up at 345 am in constant pain so I timed them for an hour the were 3-5 minutes apart. I knew my husband was getting up for work at 430. So I waited till his alarm went off and I told him I thought it was time to go. It felt like some had punched my in my stomach over and over when my contractions hit. So we ended up going they said I was still at 1-2 and 60% effaced but they wanted to watch me because they could tell these were very strong contractions. By two hours later I was at 3-4 so they said they didn't want to send me home because they knew I'd go into labor. My doctor let me contract on my own and not give me in pitocin since it left in contant pain my last two labors. Well it was getting to be about 4-5 pm and they said I was at 4 cms and wanted to wait till I hit 5 or more. They weren't 100% sure why I was progressing fast because I was having really painful contractions. Around I want to say 1 am on the 9th they broke my water. I ended up getting my epi around 3 because the pain was just too much to bare once they broke my water then started me on pitocin.They didn't want my uterus to rupture so they gave me pitocin slowly. Around 7 am my Ob left to go home which I got the doctor I hated on call.I was so worried that I was going to end up with a c-section since things seem to be taking their sweet time. I told the nurses I didn't want that horrible doctor touching me. Thanks god my Obs midwife stayed on she said she wasn't going to let me have a c-section if she had anything to do about it. They said I was at 6 and my midwife scrapped my scare tissue and wonder if that was a reason I was stalling out.Which in an hour I went from 6-8 so things seemed to be picking up. It sucked my epi was wearing off so I was getting worried. I was feeling a lot of pressure and wanting to push. Around 11 am I was at 8 cms. They waited and checked me again around noon and I was still at 8. The scrapped my scare tissue once more and came to check me in 30 minutes. I don't recall what time I started pushing I recall her saying something that she was going to have to stretch me while I pushed. She refused to leave my room until I had my baby girl in my hands.I was on my finally push was the midwife was coming back into the room she had to break someone else water. Well It was very rough but I pushed Olivia Grace out at 1:15 pm on the 9th. She was 7lbs 4 oz 20.5 in. long. I ended up tearing but they said it wasn't enough get stitches at all. She ended up coming with her face up she some how flipped when she was coming out and also had a BM while I was pushing her out.The midwife was a little upset I didn't wait on her for my last push but I was so over being pregnant but we had tons of nurses in the room. Eak! After everything I was glad I was in that hospital VS the one that I had Zoey at. They were so quick to jump on a c-section after 24 hours of labor. With Olivia I labored for 36 hours total. I'm blessed that everyone was willing to work with me and having me do things on my own rather than cutting me open. I'm so in love with Miss Olivia. She is such a sweet baby. Things have been busy here and trying to rest while I can with my parents here. Sorry it took me so long to come on and tell.

lol at waiting until Dh's alarm went off to tell him you were in labor i would have woke him up during the first contraction

glad they let you labor for so long without pushing for a csection

wow 36 hours tho i would lose my mind

and for the midwife to get mad ummm not like you had much of a choice when baby is ready baby is coming out no matter what haha
