I make home-made granola (Banana pecan) but I have to eat it in small portions as it can be fattening...but at least it's healthy fat!!! It also contains rolled oats which is good for the milk supply. I'll have to post the recipe.
I love popcorn, but have a tendency to eat too much of it to make it a diet-friendly snack! I just found a recipe for these energy balls (honey, peanut butter, cocoa, oats) and they are awesome snacks for curbing hunger and keeping you satisfied in between meals. Great for toddlers too!
