No, just regular everyday workout around the house and taking care of my children.

I hope so, however, I have not been diligent about working out regularly for a few months. I intend to get back to it in a few days, right now I've got a cold and I just don't feel up to doing much.

Yep, although I definitely have low energy reserves, I haven't stopped working out. Hope to do be able to do it all along.

I really hope I'm able to. I currently do HIIT (high-intensity interval training) which is totally unsuitable for pregnancy, so I plan to switch to something like aerobics or yoga.

I never did before, so . . . probably not! Maybe when the weather warms up a bit I'll get motivated and start doing regular walks/jogs or something.

Yes. I worked out regularly with my first pregnancy and even though I gained 53lbs I felt pretty good. With the second I didn't and I gained the same amount of weight but felt yuckier. So this time I'm determined to continue to go to the Y almost every week day.

Yes, I'm going to change it up and make it easier on myself. Only one of my previous pregnancies I continued to work out and I was back to my prepregnancy clothes a week after delivery. it was totally worth it!

YES!! I've still been running and plan to continue as long as I can. I also do a 20 minute total body workout a couple of times a week. I hope I am able to summon the energy to keep it up!
