Yes. I worked out regularly with my first pregnancy and even though I gained 53lbs I felt pretty good. With the second I didn't and I gained the same amount of weight but felt yuckier. So this time I'm determined to continue to go to the Y almost every week day.
Yes, I'm going to change it up and make it easier on myself. Only one of my previous pregnancies I continued to work out and I was back to my prepregnancy clothes a week after delivery. it was totally worth it!
