I would go by O date, but only if you knew for sure that was the date you ovulated Your LMP would be correct, but only if you ovulated right on time and you were right on track I think ovulation date is a better estimate if you know for sure that's when it was
I agree, if you know for sure when you ovulated go by that date, but count back 14 days and tell your doctor that was your LMP. That way you and your doctor will be using the same date. If you want to know for sure you can always tell them your cycles were irregular and you don't know how far along you are and they'll probably order an early ultrasound . . .
