So tonight my lower abdomen feels..achy.
It's a tad painful.
Is that normal?
I never noticed it with my last pregnancy.

I am such a worry wart sometimes.

Yes, it's very normal. I've had it with all my pregnancies. You may get a lot of feelings... heaviness, achiness, twinges of pain here and there. Don't let it freak you out. Easier said than done, I know... it still freaks me out sometimes too.

Just know that it is normal... there's a lot going on down there and you're bound to feel some of it

I think its normal. I am having AF like cramps on and off and it's worrying me bad because I've not missed my period yet. But I've heard it is normal.

From what I can remember, I had LOTS of those weird feelings with my first. I'm actually a little worried because I'm not having many of those weird feelings this time, but I'm trying to convince myself it's because my body will have more ''pregnancy memory'' this time around and probably a bit less stretching to go through, so I'm hoping that's why it seems a little easier this time arouns.

I'm glad I'm just paranoid.
Last night was plagued with nightmares of my hcg levels being 0
I kept waking up and checking for spotting.
I really need to learn how to de-stress,
It would be a lot better for the baby.

The ladies have already shed light to your question. I wish pregnancy wasn't so stressful, my husband said to bad I can't electively be put into a coma the next 8 months because I worry, worry and worry.

Right? that is too funny, I'm sure my husband would say the same- or at least till I hit the second trimester.
Until then I will be monitoring every twinge, pull, ache, etc.
