I like pretzels and Pops chips (air popped instead of baked or fried)!

I am right there with you sister. I can go pick out some fruits, but I am sooooo bad when it comes to picking something healthy that's salty. It's my weakness! I do go to the organic section of my grocery store and look through their chips, pretzels are also good, and the best to me is edamame!

I get these puffed white cheddar popcorn things at the healthfood store. I love them and they actually aren't very fattening! Pretzels are good too!

Are there any?! LOL. Salted nuts are very healthy, as long as you don't eat tons of them . . . and actually they're still healthy if you do, just calorie dense.

This might be a little "out there" for some people, but I love making Kale Chips. Here is the most recent recipe I used:

I make kale chips. They're pretty time intensive but I love the salty crunch. I put a little olive oil in a bowl and add salt to that. I tear up the kale leaves and smudge oil on each one, getting olive oil in the crinkley ends of the kale leaves. You don't use much olive oil for a whole batch doing it this way but it does take some time but it is so yummy!

(for the rest of how I make these... low oven, 285 degrees. flip the chips after 8 minutes. then continue baking until nice and dried out - about 10 minutes. watch carefully. if the green starts to get brownish, the chips aren't as good.)

Anyway - time intensive but you get your veggies in!

Walnuts are really good for you. Also, popcorn is actually a whole grain, so some lightly salted, non-buttered popcorn would be pretty healthy.

Pretzels, pita or veggies and Sabra buffalo hummus is my new addiction.

Or buy a microwave popcorn popper and pop your own. It counts as whole grains.

Cheese sticks are good. Salted almonds too!
